Had a wonderful massage today. I was encouraged to choose my own personal blend of oils and allowed to relax and unwind for over and hour - blissful.

I went to visit Cluna for the first time, after she was recommended to me and my word i am so glad I did.
I have been very unwell with mental health issues and didn't realise what a difference this would make.
(Or I would have gone sooner!!!)
From start to finish the whole experience was so detailed and personal and felt very special.
From choosing my aromatherapy oils, to the herbal tea, massage and Reiki it was perfect !
It wasnt rushed, it was my time to relax and heal.
Afterwards, not only did my body feel immediately, physically relaxed, but over the days that followed my mind seemed more peaceful and calmer to the point I didn't need my adhd medication.
This is now something I will look forward to having regularly, because mental health is an on going battle, Life is stressful and self-care is important.
